The Anti slip flooring Flatsheet, like the SlipGrip stair treads also has a silicone and carbon grit chemically bonded to the top surface. This gives unbelievable slip resistancy even in wet or oily conditions. The product is very quick and easy to install and fits over the existing substrate.

The grit surface

The unique carbon grit particles embedded in to the 4mm thick fibreglass provide an excellent form of slip resistance. The grit particles form pinnacles which allows rain water, residue and liquids to run down in to the gullies of the SlipGrip stair treads. The foot then only makes contact with the pinnacle particle, thus increasing the slip resistance. On standard checker-plate steps the raised areas are much larger which allows liquids to collect on the elevated areas, thus reducing slip resistance.

The sheets are available in a standard 2400mm x 1200mm format. They are 4mm thick and can easily be cut down to smaller required sizes. Any colour is available, subject to a minimum production run. Standard stock colours are black, yellow and blue.
